Highlights of Sale Data of Apr 2024
1) Chery Auto is the only brand achieving over 50% YoY rate at 59.8%. Chery is famous for its persevere in R&D in engine, safety, and reliability. After establishing cooperation with CATL and HUAWEI for new energy vehicle and smart driving, Chery is wining the market with its price, and technologies; ;
2) VW, including FAW-VW, and SAIC, had always been the top 1 brand in China for years, while the sales of Apr showing that 2 VW was surpassed by BYD, which was the first time in Chinese vehicle industry;
3) Toyota, including GAC-TOYOTA and FAW-TOYOTA, had the biggest jump over -30%, which is a indication of Japanese brands, which are less popular in Chinese market as there are more choices at same prices in China.
