From January to September 2024, the world's automobile sales will reach 66.13 million units, of which 12.13 million will be new energy vehicles, accounting for 18.3% (11.9% for pure electric vehicles).
Recently, the growth rate of China's new energy passenger vehicles has been stronger than the world's average growth rate.
In 2022, China's new energy passenger vehicle world share exceeded 63%, rising to 64% in 2023, and further rising to 68% in the first nine months of 2024, reaching a peak of 73% from July to September.
China has performed particularly strongly in the global pure electric vehicle market and also has a place in the plug-in hybrid market.
